After all that…

Well, after much soul searching I decided to give my little problem child a shot, I convinced the teacher I work with that we should let her stay… yada yada yada. All for nothing, as she broke 3 school rules before she even made it out of the front office for check in this morning, then told our site director (think principal) to mind her own [BEEPing] business. Oops. So, nothing I can do to keep her now. Oh well, I tried.

Anywho… it was another beautiful day today- around 70 degrees. The Rose bush in front of our apartment is starting to bloom, as are the daffodils. I think I’m going to wander down to the beach shortly.

In other news- today while Shelby was taking Rufus for a walk be found and BROUGHT HOME a lovely seashell- so it looks like I’m not the only beachcomber in the house. Although, he may have brought it home for me… I’m not sure if I can count it against him until I get all of the details sorted out.

black denim lady…..

whoooo its 70 degrees outside im drinking ice tea im in a little bit of a trance. the kind of trance only cheasy sun loving future short shorts and deck shoeswearing kind of people can have. It may be because of this trance that something as random as a hard working lady on the beach made the following impression on me. Siad lady was very busy puting the final touches on a three canopy island themed birthday party. As i watched her black denim clad and blonde lady mullet self labor somewhat intensivley i couldnt help but think of a much known but little celebrated bend celebrity. The blonde lady mullet black denim newport market lady. if you reside in bend and have not whitnessed this lady hard at work snapping whitty replies to check out boys and stuck up foodies alike you must visit newport market and aquaint yourself with this westside icon. judging by the variety of hours at which i have seen her working i beleive her to typicily work mon -mon 5 am to 10 pm. im not entirely sure she doesnt also sleep at the market under the purple cow. please visit her at your earlist convienence.
